With tool path optimisation it would be great to improve ‘nesting’ of seperate parts to pack them as close together as possible. That would further reduce the distance the print/laser head has to travel and speed up the overall process.

I tried the surface option. However, it doesn’t seem to create a smooth upper surface. I have models with large flat surfaces and would like to get a smooth surface instead of the crosshatch pattern
